8.1 – RESERVATION CONDITIONS.

8.2 – CANCELLATION POLICY.

Any modification of your reservation will be considered, for all purposes, as an annulment and will entail the realization of a new reservation. Modifications are Subject, at all times, to availability.
TALAYA DE FORMENTERA S.L. Reserves the right to consider, for all purposes, its reservation as “Not presented” / “No show” in case of arrival after 20:00 Hours and NO PREVIOUS NOTICE to the facilities. In the same way, if the stay is shortened (early departure) an annulment will be considered. If the cancellation is received between 44 and 21 days before your planned arrival, 50% of the deposit will be charged to account for cancellation expenses. If the cancellation is received with 20 days or less in advance of your planned arrival or the day of arrival is not presented, 100% of the deposit will be charged to account for cancellation expenses. Any discrepancy between the reserved and received services must be resolved directly in the establishment or entity, for that they have the corresponding sheets of complaints.

(en adelante “TALAYA”) pretende ofrecer información a sus clientes y potenciales clientes, gestionar el programa de fidelización de clientes, gestionar la reserva de apartamentos, así como de cualquier otro servicio que en su momento se estime oportuno para la correcta consecución de su objeto social.
La utilización de esta página, así como de los servicios que en ella se pone a disposición del usuario, supondrá la aceptación plena y sin reservas de todas y cada una de las condiciones generales recogidas en el presente Aviso Legal (en adelante las “Condiciones Generales”), por lo que el usuario deberá de ser consciente de la importancia de leerlas cada vez que visite la Web. El hecho de acceder a esta Web implica el conocimiento y aceptación de las siguientes Condiciones Generales.

Mediante la aceptación de las presentes Condiciones Generales el usuario se compromete a usar la presente Web y los servicios puestos a su disposición en el mismo, de la manera y en la forma que en él mismo se establece. Quedando obligado a no utilizar la Web y sus servicios con fines ilícitos y/o contrarios a los fines establecidos en estas Condiciones Generales, que pudieran ser lesivos de derechos y/o intereses de terceros o que de cualquier forma puedan dañar o impedir su correcto funcionamiento o de los servicios que en él se ofrecen u ofrecieran en el futuro.
El acceso a esta Web es responsabilidad exclusiva de los usuarios. Los riesgos derivados de la utilización de la Web por el usuario serán a su único y exclusivo cargo. TALAYA no se hace responsable de los perjuicios, de cualquier índole, que pudieran ocasionarse a los usuarios por la utilización de otros navegadores o versiones distintas de los navegadores para los que ha sido diseñada la Web.
TALAYA no se responsabiliza ni garantiza que el acceso a esta Web sea interrumpido o que esté libre de error. Tampoco se responsabiliza o garantiza que el contenido o software al que pueda accederse a través de esta Web, esté libre de error o cause un daño.

8. – CONDICIONES GENERALES DE RESERVA.
Todos los usuarios deberán ser mayores de edad (mayor de 18 años) y disponer de la capacidad legal necesaria para contratar los servicios ofrecidos en esta Web.
Sus datos personales deberán ser veraces y serán tratados de acuerdo a la legislación vigente.
Los precios y condiciones de las reservas son las especificadas en esta página Web.
En caso de errores informáticos o tipográficos en los precios, procederemos a subsanarlos tan pronto sean detectados, aplicando a la reserva el precio correcto resultante de la corrección, siempre que la diligencia en el proceso y la antelación a la fecha de inicio de prestación de servicios lo permita.
En el caso de superar la ocupación máxima en un alojamiento se cobrará una noche más de la tarifa mas economica por cada noche que se supere la ocupación.
El I.V.A. está incluido en el precio de la reserva.

Las mascotas no están permitidas.

No está permitido hacer barbacoas, cocinar paellas o cualquier clase de fuego en las instalaciones de Talaya.

8.1 – CONDICIONES DE LA RESERVA.
Para confirmar cualquier reserva es preciso abonar, en concepto de depósito, el 50% del importe total de la estancia.
Las formas de pago posibles para formalizar su reserva son mediante tarjeta de crédito, ingreso o transferencia bancaria.
El importe pendiente de la reserva se abonará el día de su llegada. Aceptamos Visa y Mastercard.

8.2 – POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN.
Cualquier modificación de su reserva se considerará, a todos los efectos, como una anulación y conllevará la realización de una nueva reserva. Las modificaciones están sujetas, en todo momento, a la disponibilidad.
TALAYA DE FORMENTERA S.L. se reserva el derecho a considerar, a todos los efectos, su reserva como “No presentado”/”No show” en caso de llegar después de las 20:00 Horas y SIN PREVIO AVISO a las instalaciones. De la misma forma, si se acorta la estancia (salida anticipada) se considerará una anulación. Esto conllevará la no devolución del importe pagado hasta el momento. En caso de modificación o anulación de la reserva, ésta debe ser siempre comunicada por escrito vía e-mail a info@talaya-formentera.com.
Si la anulación se recibe con 45 o más días de antelación a su llegada prevista, se le devolverá el 100% del depósito entregado a cuenta por la misma vía utilizada por el cliente al realizar el pago. Los gastos de la devolución correrían por cuenta del cliente.
Si la anulación se recibe entre 44 y 21 días de antelación a su llegada prevista, se cobrará el 50% del depósito entregado a cuenta en concepto de gastos de anulación.
Si la anulación se recibe con 20 días o menos de antelación a su llegada prevista o no se presenta el día de llegada, se cobrará el 100% del depósito entregado a cuenta en concepto de gastos de anulación.
Cualquier discrepancia entre los servicios reservados y recibidos debe ser resuelta directamente en el establecimiento o entidad, para ello disponen de las correspondientes hojas de reclamaciones.
En el supuesto de que TALAYA DE FORMENTERA S.L. comunique la cancelación o anulación de reservas por motivos de fuerza mayor, entendiendo por tales aquellas circunstancias ajenas a quien las invoca, anormales e imprevisibles, cuyas consecuencias no se habrían podido evitar a pesar de haber actuado con la diligencia debida, quedará anulada la reserva sin derecho a reclamación o compensación al cliente. En caso de producirse tales circunstancias se comunicarán, a ser posible, vía e-mail.

9.- SOBRE EL USO DE COOKIES.
El acceso a esta Web puede implicar la utilización de cookies, tanto en sus páginas como en las enlazadas o referenciadas mediante links. Aquellos usuarios que no deseen recibir Cookies o quieran ser informados de su fijación pueden configurar su navegador a tal efecto.
